WhAT IS NAK

knack /nak/

noun

an acquired or natural skill at doing something.

OR alternatively:

Three young adults sitting outdoors against a brick wall, engaging in conversation. One of them is holding a wine glass, and there are two glasses of wine on a bench beside them.

NAK was our light bulb moment, looking around we realised we had the recipe to bring people together and share our passion for food, wine and music.

Norbertas, with years of experience working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, sees food as a creative practice; moulded by culture, space and people; a practice meant to be shared and lived.

Atticus, a classically trained musician, service manager and sommelier, trying to move Berlin away from over-priced mediocre service and unsatisfactory dining.

Kleopatra, a junior brand strategist coming from the speed of a Michelin-starred service floor in to Berlin’s meteoric advertising world, has always followed culture where it leads. Working with global clients, to connect them closer to culture.

together we realised, with the help of seasonal ingredients, we could bring people together at an accessible price point for an unforgettable experience pairing:

FOOD, MUSIC AND WINE

At NAK, the table is never an afterthought. It is an extension of the menu; a surface where ideas, atmosphere, and intention converge.

Each pop-up dinner is shaped by a singular concept, with every element curated in response to it. From the rhythm of the courses to the weight of the cutlery, from lighting to sound and texture, nothing exists in isolation. Our table settings are not decorative but directional; guiding the experience quietly, creating coherence between dish, music, and space.

The setting, like the food, is designed to speak softly but with purpose.
